Free Fire UID Inaccessible After Linked Facebook Account Was Permanently Deleted
27

I am writing because I can no longer access my Free Fire account that is linked to a Facebook account which I permanently deleted about 4–5 years ago. The account’s UID is 894870899. Since the Facebook account was deleted and I have also lost the SIM card that was linked to it, I am unable to reset any passwords or complete the usual recovery steps. The last time I successfully logged into this Free Fire account was around 3 years ago. Recently I contacted Garena/Free Fire support by email, explained the situation and attached a screenshot of my Free Fire account page, but I did not receive any response. I kindly request that my Free Fire account with UID 894870899 be transferred to a new Gmail account or that you provide an alternative solution so that I can use this account again. I am ready to provide any additional information or verification needed to prove my ownership of this account and would like your support to resolve this issue.
