I was playing Free Fire on my Android phone by logging in with my Facebook account, but in 2022 I lost access to my Facebook account. Since then, my Free Fire account has become inactive, and I can no longer log in.
My Free Fire account was approximately level 64, and I had also spent money on the game through various top-ups and in-game purchases. Because I have not been able to recover my Facebook account, I cannot access my Free Fire progress, purchased items, or in-game content.
I have not yet received any support, as I have been unable to directly resolve this issue with the relevant teams. I kindly request that my Free Fire account linked to my lost Facebook account be recovered and reactivated, or that you provide an alternative way to access the account.
