I Paid for a Face Up Annual Subscription but My Account Is Missing

In December 2025, I purchased a yearly membership for the Face Up application for approximately $22 and was using the app with my a***@gmail.com email address. Recently, I changed my phone and reinstalled the application on my new device. However, my membership and accumulated coins are no longer visible on the new phone, and the application is asking me to pay again as if I never had a subscription.

My FaceAI user ID in the application is 019a63c5B**06a683921. My account may also have been linked at times with the a*@icloud.com email address. I want my paid annual membership and all the coins accumulated on my previous phone to be restored and recognized on my new device using these email addresses and my user ID. Despite trying to contact support, I have not received any assistance, and I urgently request that my account be corrected with all of my previous rights and purchases restored.
