Expert Option Withdrawal Rejected but Balance Not Restored
I am using a real trading account with Expert Option from the Philippines, and on March 24, I requested a withdrawal of 1,400 PHP to my Maya account with reference number 4678889. The withdrawal was later rejected due to insufficient funds, since my actual balance was only 1,353 PHP, but the amount has not been returned to my trading account, and my current balance does not reflect this failed withdrawal. Because the withdrawal did not go through and my balance was not enough to cover the 1,400 PHP, I kindly request that the 1,353 PHP remaining in my account be fully restored and correctly reflected in my Expert Option trading balance as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation of what happened with this rejected withdrawal so that I can avoid similar issues in the future. I expect this issue to be checked urgently and my balance corrected without further delay.
