SimCity on iPhone 13 Shows "Offline" Error Despite Mobile Data Enabled

I installed and started playing EA Sports SimCity on my iPhone 13 without any issues while connected to Wi-Fi. The game runs smoothly, and there are no connectivity problems when on Wi-Fi. However, as soon as I switch to mobile data, the game consistently displays an "offline" error and refuses to load.

I have checked all the settings, granted mobile data permissions, and even reset my connection preferences, but the issue persists. It is incredibly frustrating to experience this problem, especially when other apps work perfectly fine on mobile data.

I request immediate attention and resolution to this issue from EA Sports. I cannot play the game on the go, which defeats the purpose of a mobile game. Please fix this connectivity issue promptly.
