EA Sports FIFA 24 Career Mode Transfer Bug! Can't Access Squad Hub (Xbox Series S)

I'm facing a major bug in EA Sports FIFA 24's Career Mode on Xbox Series S. After reaching the third season, I'm completely locked out of making transfers and accessing the Squad Hub.

Whenever I attempt these actions, the game crashes and throws me back to the dashboard. This is incredibly frustrating as it hinders my progress and cripples my ability to manage my team effectively.

This issue is completely new and hasn't occurred in previous seasons of my Career Mode save.

I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone else has encountered this bug and potentially discovered a workaround. If you have any insights or solutions, please share them!
