EA FC 26 Black Screen Issue Prevents Matches From Loading

I have been experiencing serious performance issues for a long time while playing EA FC 26 through the EA App. When I select “Start Match,” the screen stays black and the match never loads. This black screen issue has been occurring for approximately 2–3 months and keeps coming back intermittently. Because the game gets stuck like this, I am unable to properly play either Ultimate Team or regular matches.

For the past 3 days, I have also been experiencing severe lag despite seeing an average ping of around 2 ms in the game. Commands are registered late, players respond with delays, and online matches have become impossible to compete in. These performance problems continue even though there is no issue with my internet connection.

I believe both the black screen and lag issues may be related to the game or its servers, and this situation has completely ruined my enjoyment of the game. I request that these issues be technically investigated, that any necessary updates or fixes be implemented, and that a solution be provided so I can play the game reliably and without these recurring problems.
