Bitexen fails to display candlestick charts—how can I fix it?

If Bitexen's candlestick charts aren't showing up right, check to see if you're looking at them right in the mobile app.

Open the "Buy/Sell" section, choose your trading pair from the "Market Selection" menu, and tap the small chart icon. Rotating your screen can help show it more widely.

If the chart area on the web version stays blank after refreshing, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or turning off any browser extensions.
