Why was my trade on Binomo closed at a different price than what was shown on the chart?

Why the closing price may differ

Different quote sources
Binomo uses aggregated quotes. The chart often shows an average price, while trades may close at the Ask/Bid price, causing small differences.

Chart update delay
During fast market movements, the real price updates on the server faster than the visual chart, which may lag slightly.

Price slippage
If the price fluctuates at the moment the trade expires, the system may record the nearest available price, not the one shown on the candle.

High volatility
During news events, market openings, or sharp impulses, prices can move dozens of points in a fraction of a second, and the chart can’t display every tick.

Technical issues or server overload
This may cause chart freezing, sudden price jumps, or brief update delays, while trades are still executed based on server data.

What to do if the price clearly differs
• Take a screenshot of the chart and trade result.
• Check the exact price in your transaction history.
• Contact support and request an explanation or tick history.
• If the discrepancy is clearly incorrect, request a trade review.

If Binomo refuses to explain such differences or regularly closes trades at unfavorable prices, file a complaint on Xolvie to document the issue.
