Akbank Keeps Blocking My SIM Card - I Cannot Access the Mobile App

I have been unable to log in to the Akbank mobile app for a week. When I changed my phone, a SIM card block was placed on my account. I verified my identity through a video call, and the block was removed. However, 2–3 days later, without making any changes, the SIM card block was applied again after I made a deposit, and my access to the app was restricted. I encounter the same issue every time I try to log in. When I contacted customer service, I was directed to visit a branch again, and no remote solution was offered. As I am employed, I cannot visit the branch during working hours. I request that my SIM card block be lifted and my issue resolved through remote identity verification without having to go to the Tekirdağ Kapaklı Branch.
