I bought pool cash in 8 Ball Pool, but it never arrived; how can I get my missing purchase refunded?

If you purchased Pool Cash in 8 Ball Pool but haven't gotten it yet, Miniclip recommends waiting up to 48 hours for the transaction to complete.

If the Pool Cash has not shown after this time, contact Miniclip's support team.

Provide your Unique ID and a screenshot of your purchase receipt. Your Unique ID can be located in the in-game profile menu, and receipts are normally emailed to the email address you provided during purchase.

If you made the purchase through the Google Play Store and have yet to receive your Pool Cash, you can contact Google directly to request a refund.

Open the Google Play Store app, press the Menu button, then 'My Account,' choose the 8 Ball Pool purchase, and tap 'Refund.'

Follow the on-screen instructions to receive your refund and, if necessary, remove the app or game.

You can request a refund for purchases made through the Apple App Store by contacting Apple's support system.

Sign in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, select 'Request a refund,' specify the reason, and then pick the 8 Ball Pool purchase in issue. Submit your request, and Apple will complete your refund.
