VivaVideo locked my projects behind a paywall—how do I recover my edited videos?

If VivaVideo locked your projects behind a paywall;

• Contact VivaVideo support via in-app support or official email and explain that your existing projects were locked after a paywall was applied
• Provide your account email/username, app version, project names, and screenshots showing the locked projects

Ask them to;

• Explain why previously edited projects were restricted
• Restore access to your existing projects and exports you already created
• Allow you to export or recover your videos even without upgrading

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
