If VivaVideo downgraded your account unexpectedly;
• Contact VivaVideo support via in-app support or official email and explain that your account was downgraded without notice
• Provide your account email/username, previous plan level, downgrade date, and screenshots showing reduced features
Ask them to;
• Explain why the downgrade occurred (billing issue, system error, policy change)
• Review your payment and subscription status
• Restore your original plan and features if no violation or lapse occurred
