If VivaVideo blocks your account and you lose access to unsaved clips, there are a few steps you can follow to try recovering your content and restoring your account:
• Check the reason for the block: go to https://www.vivavideo.tv/contact.html and reach out to technical support explaining that your account was blocked without prior notice. Mention whether you saw any violation messages, pending payments, or sync errors.
• Email official support: write to [email protected] detailing the issue, the email linked to your account, and the device you were using. Attach screenshots and explain that your clips had not been backed up yet.
• Use your phone’s local storage: open your file manager and look for the VivaVideo folder (on Android it’s usually found under “DCIM/VivaVideo”). Many projects are temporarily saved there and may be restored manually.
• Avoid reinstalling the app before backing up: uninstalling may delete local files. First, try copying the entire VivaVideo folder to another device or cloud storage.
