VibeShort won’t let me cancel, how can I stop the subscription?

If VibeShort won’t let you cancel your subscription,

Check your subscription first;

• Try:
– Update VibeShort to the latest version
– Go to Profile → Settings → Manage Membership
– Cancel the subscription and save the confirmation
– If “Manage Membership” is missing, check your app language settings and try again

VibeShort says subscriptions can also be managed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed.

Contact VibeShort support;

• Request:
– Immediate cancellation of your subscription
– Confirmation that auto-renewal has been disabled
– A refund for any charge made after your cancellation attempt
