Valorant Account Permanently Banned Without Reason - Requesting Review

On October 29, my Valorant game account was permanently banned. I was not given any clear explanation regarding the reason for the ban, and I believe it was issued unfairly. I had spent approximately ₺1,800 on my account, and now my access has been completely restricted. After the ban decision, I contacted Riot Games customer service but only received the response, “There’s nothing we can do.” I am certain that I did not commit any rule violations, and this situation has caused me distress. I request that my account be reviewed again and that the unjust ban be lifted so I can regain access to my account.
