StarShort keeps charging my card, how can I stop the subscription?

StarShort says you can cancel in the app under Me → Settings → Manage Subscriptions, then select the subscription and tap UnSubscribe.

If the subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, cancel it through the same store account used for payment.

If the cancellation option fails, contact StarShort support and keep screenshots showing your cancellation attempt.

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
