Valorant Ranked RR System Feels Unfair With Huge Losses

For about a month, I have been dealing with an unfair Ranked Rating (RR) system in Valorant ranked matches, and it has reached the point where I am considering quitting the game. I lose around 30 RR in every ranked match I lose, while the RR I receive for winning matches is significantly lower. This has completely destroyed my motivation to keep playing the game.

During this period, I contacted the support team through the game and the website, but I never received any response whatsoever. This careless attitude, which makes me feel that players are not valued, has made the situation even more frustrating and has increased the impact of the problem I am experiencing.

I am requesting that the imbalance between RR gains and losses be corrected and that a fair ranked system be implemented that does not disregard players' effort and time. I also want an explanation as to why I have not received any response from support. Please fix this mess, Riot Games, or I will delete the game.
