Valorant Permanently Banned My Account for Cheats I Never Used

My Valorant account linked to my Riot Games account was permanently banned without any reason at around 5:00 AM yesterday. When I tried to log into the game, I received a notification stating that my account had been suspended for using third-party cheating software. However, I have never used any such cheats, and there is no software or application of this kind installed on my computer. I was also never informed of the name of any application that supposedly caused the ban.

My Riot ID is synn#599, and I only access the game from my own personal computer. I do not use any other computer or play from an internet cafe. I contacted Riot Games Support regarding the issue, but I received a response stating that the ban was correct and that they could not help me. Since this response did not include any concrete evidence, an explanation of which application supposedly caused the ban, or any details from a thorough investigation, I feel that I have been unfairly punished.

I request that all activity associated with my account be thoroughly reviewed again and that this permanent ban, which I genuinely believe was issued unfairly, be removed. As a long-time player who has invested significant time and effort into the game, I do not want to be punished in this way when I have never used cheats.
