If a player did not receive RP (Riot Points) after paying with a card, the first step is to check whether the charge appears on their bank statement.
If it does, Riot Games recommends following these steps:
Log in to Riot Games Support: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us
Select the relevant game, then go to Payments and Accounts > Purchase Issues
Attach a screenshot of the payment receipt (date, amount, transaction number)
Include details such as the payment method, country, and account username
For example, if a Visa card was used on April 28 and the charge appears as confirmed, that receipt should be submitted.
Riot usually responds within 24–72 hours. If not, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
