League of Legends Account Permanently Banned for Alleged TFT Cheats

My League of Legends account under Riot Games, with the username “Exterminator,” was permanently suspended in May 2026 for allegedly cheating in TFT. At the time, I was away from home visiting my hometown for a holiday and was not even at my own residence. I do not share my account with anyone and have always been the only person using it. I did not even know that cheats existed for TFT until after this suspension, and I have never had anything to do with such software.

I have been using this account for nearly 15 years, and my activity over the past five years clearly shows that I am a completely casual player. I log in no more than 3–5 times a month, and most of the time I only play in the background while chatting with childhood friends. I do not play the game competitively, so I have neither the motivation nor the need to use cheats. In addition, because of my profession, I cannot download software from unknown, pirated, or suspicious sources onto my computer.

In June, I contacted Riot Games Support three or four times regarding this issue. In the most recent response I received, I was told that their decision was final and that any future requests I submitted to Support would automatically be rejected. I have not been given a concrete explanation of why I was suspended, nor has my request for a review been taken seriously. As a result, being permanently suspended for “cheating” when I did not use cheats is, from my perspective, a completely unfounded accusation.

I request that my account, which I have invested many years of time and effort into, be reviewed again, that the relevant technical records be examined in detail, and that this permanent suspension, which I believe was issued unfairly, be removed.
