Quotex Affiliate Account Suspended Without Reason And Commission

I am writing regarding the sudden suspension of my Quotex affiliate account linked to the email address muhammada***[email protected]. When I tried to log in to the affiliate program panel today, I was met with an “Account is suspended” message and could not access my account. For several days before this suspension, I had been experiencing issues with the turnover in my affiliate program account, as the referral turnover was not being updated correctly. Because of this, I contacted your support team, opened a ticket and also sent pictures/screenshots to explain the turnover problem in detail. The ticket with the subject “Turnover” and ID #195724 was shown as “Under consideration” as of 01.10.2026. While this matter was still pending, my account was unexpectedly suspended without any prior warning or explanation. I kindly request a clear and detailed explanation of the decision to suspend my account and the specific reason behind it. I also ask that my access to the affiliate program be restored and my account reactivated, or, if this is not possible, that you provide a written justification and clarify the status of any accrued commissions and turnover linked to my affiliate account.
