If Payeer charged a fee you don’t recognize and you want to investigate or get it refunded;

• Open your Payeer account and check the transaction history to identify the exact fee type and timestamp
• Click into the transaction details to see if the fee is labeled as service, exchange, withdrawal, conversion, or network fee
• Review Payeer’s official fee schedule to compare standard fees with what was charged
• Check whether the fee was caused by currency conversion, internal exchange, or third-party payment processing
• Take screenshots of the transaction, fee amount, and your balance history for evidence

Contact Payeer support and explain that an unfamiliar fee was deducted;

• Provide your account ID/email, transaction ID, date, amount, fee charged, and screenshots

Ask them to;

• Explain clearly what the fee was for
• Confirm whether the fee was applied correctly
• Refund the fee if it was charged in error or not disclosed

If support does not reply or refuses to help;

• File a complaint on Xolvie to report an unexplained Payeer fee and request clarification or a refund
