OmeTV Account Ban Recovery Demand

I believe the ban placed on my OmeTV account (ID: 260082700) is completely invalid and unjustified. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company for clarification and resolution, but no one has responded to my inquiries. I even sent multiple emails in different languages to address the issue, yet it remains unresolved. I suspect this is an application error, as I know others have experienced similar problems. OmeTV must urgently review this ban, explain the reason for it, and lift it immediately if no valid justification exists. The lack of communication and support is highly frustrating, and I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
