If your chats disappeared without notice, first make sure it wasn't a bug by logging out and back in and then updating the app.
If the messages still don't show up, email the developer at [email protected] with your username, registered phone number or email address, device model, app version, time of loss, and screenshots. That address is on Google Play and in Litmatch's privacy policy.
Send them a data-access request and ask them to look over your account and try server-side recovery. Litmatch says that it only keeps personal information for as long as it needs to and that you can ask for it to be reviewed or for use to be limited.
If you closed your account or requested deletion, recovery is unlikely because Litmatch deletes personal data it isn’t legally required to keep. Expect a response within roughly three business days per Google Play’s support guidance.
If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
