Litmach Threatening User Incident: Account Wrongly Restricted After Harassment

Last night, I experienced a very disturbing and threatening situation on the Litmach app. A user in the same room as me made sexually explicit comments, implying that he wanted to talk to me in that manner and that doing so would “relax” him. When I firmly rejected this and said I did not want such conversations, he began threatening me. This person took my Litmach ID number and said he would use it to find my family’s phone numbers and call them, openly threatening me. I am a girl and I want to protect my dignity. I am very scared that my family might be dragged into this unfairly and that we could be threatened. The number 6146806***, which this person shared, is likely his own ID, but there is also a possibility that it could be mine, so I especially request that this ID be examined carefully. After this incident, I blocked and reported him on the app. However, now when I log into my Litmach account, I cannot perform any action; I only see a warning that I am temporarily restricted, and I cannot use my account in any way. It is deeply unfair that I am the one being threatened and harassed, yet my account is restricted, while the person who caused the problem may still be able to use theirs. I request that my account be urgently reactivated, that the threatening and sexually explicit conversations be thoroughly reviewed through system records, and that the person who threatened me have their account closed or permanently banned. For my safety and my family’s peace of mind, I ask that this matter be handled as soon as possible.
