I Cannot Create My Litmatch Account

I use an iPhone 13 Pro and I have been trying to create an account on the Litmatch application, but I constantly receive a connection error and cannot open or use the app at all. Every time I try to sign up, the screen shows the message “Connect error, please check your network and try later. [-1001]” and the process does not continue. I tried to connect both via Wi‑Fi and mobile data, but the result is always the same and I still cannot create an account. My internet connection works normally in all other applications, so I believe the problem is related to Litmatch rather than my network. I request that my account creation problem on Litmatch be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and that I be informed about what is causing this constant connection error.
