I Want Likee to Manually Review My Permanent Account Ban
I would like to file a complaint regarding the sudden and, in my opinion, completely unfair permanent ban placed on my Likee account on 05/05/2026. My account information is as follows: my username/ID is “kat_gamerkat.” My account is not linked to a phone number; I registered on Likee using my Google account, and the email address for that account is “g********@gmail.com.”
On my account, I mainly shared harmless fan-made video edits related to movies. Until now, I had never received any warning, temporary ban, or content removal notice stating that I violated Likee’s community guidelines. However, when I try to log in, I see a message saying that my account has been permanently banned for violating community rules. No concrete information has been provided about which specific rule I allegedly violated.
After this happened, I contacted the Likee support team through the [email protected] email address. However, I only received an automated response, and that reply did not help resolve my issue in any way. My account still appears to be permanently banned, and there is no indication that a real manual review has been conducted.
What I expect from Likee is, first of all, a detailed manual review of my account and all of my content. I also request a clear written explanation specifying exactly which community rule I allegedly violated, which content caused the violation, and why it was considered a violation. Since I believe this action was unfair, I request that my account be reopened immediately and that this incorrect decision be corrected, with clear confirmation that no violation was found on my account.
As a user who creates content in line with community rules, I kindly ask that such a permanent and severe penalty be reconsidered through a transparent, explanatory, and fair review process. After the necessary investigation, I request that my account be restored to its previous status.
