League of Legends Academy Coaching Program Gave Me an Unfair Evaluation

The negative evaluation given to me as part of the League of Legends Academy coaching instructor program is both unprofessional and unserious. During the process conducted between February 1 and February 11, we were told that they would watch us play and award certificates based on our gameplay. However, the evaluation was not carried out in a healthy, objective manner within that framework.

The evaluation was conducted without consulting other instructors and was carried out entirely at the discretion of a single individual, based on randomly selected video clips. I believe this approach is not appropriate for an educational institution, and it clearly shows that the process was neither transparent nor fair. I also have serious doubts about the evaluator’s competence, experience, and certifications.

I believe this process was not objective, and for that reason I request that both the evaluation and the instructor who conducted the process be thoroughly reviewed. Unless the evaluation process is repeated with clear and transparent criteria and the necessary review of the evaluator is conducted, I do not plan to work with this institution again. If necessary, I will also take this matter to all relevant legal and consumer protection channels.
