Start with the SSL certificate. If SSL was purchased or included with your hosting plan, go to the hosting management section in your GoDaddy account.
Look for a tab related to Security or SSL. After activating the certificate, make sure your site is forced to load over HTTPS.
This can be configured in the hosting panel or through basic website settings. Without HTTPS redirection, browsers may still mark your site as not secure.
Next, check your DNS settings. DNS determines where your domain points. In the domain management section, review the listed nameservers. If you use GoDaddy hosting, DNS is usually configured automatically.
If you use third-party hosting, you must manually enter the nameservers provided by your hosting provider. After changes, DNS propagation may take 24–48 hours.
If the issue persists, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
