• Open Flex City → Inventory / Purchase History
• Find the transaction where coins were spent
• Note:
– Item you bought
– Date & time
– Coin amount
• Screenshot the purchase and missing item
Verify the deduction;
• Check your coins balance before/after purchase
• Screenshot the balance showing the deduction
Check email/in-app messages;
• Search for:
– “Purchase receipt”
– “Delivery confirmation”
– “Error”
• Screenshot anything relevant
Restart the app;
• Close completely → Reopen
• Check if the item appears after refresh
Check network;
• Ensure stable internet connection
• Try switching Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data
Contact the seller/support in Flex City;
• Use in-app support or official contact form
• Explain:
– You spent coins
– Item did not appear
• Provide:
– Username/account ID
– Screenshot of purchase
– Screenshot of missing item
• Ask them to:
– Deliver the item
– Or refund the coins
If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
