Flex City reset my progress after the update, how can I restore it?

If Flex City reset your progress after an update and you want to restore it;

Check if you were logged into an account;

• Open Flex City → Profile / Settings
• Make sure you’re logged in with the correct:
– Email
– Username
– Linked account (Google / Facebook / Apple)
• Screenshot the account screen

Restart and refresh;

• Close the app completely
• Reopen and let it sync
• Sometimes progress returns after a fresh sync

Check cloud/save sync options;

• Settings → Cloud Save / Sync (if available)
• Ensure:
– Sync is enabled
– You’re using the same account that had your progress
• Toggle sync off → on again

Check email/notifications;

• See if Flex City sent:
– “Progress restore”
– “Account merge”
– “Update notice”
• Screenshot any messages

Try logging in on another device;

• If you linked to Facebook/Google/Apple, try:
– Another phone or tablet
– Desktop/web version (if available)

Contact Flex City Support;

• Use in-app support or official email
• Explain:
– Your progress disappeared after the update
• Provide:
– Username/account ID
– Approx. last level/date before reset
– Screenshot of account screen

• Ask them to:
– Check server records
– Restore your old progress

If support is unhelpful, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution and restore your account progress.
