If FitMe keeps logging you out mid-workout, first make sure your app is up to date—both on Android and iOS you’ll find many bug-fix updates listed.

Next, check your internet connection and permit background data or Wi-Fi stay-alive, because the app may log out if it loses server connection during a session. On Android you may clear cache/data and force-restart the app.

If the problem persists, log out manually, log back in, and if that fails, reinstall the app—sometimes corrupted settings cause the session drop.
