To enable data sharing so your FitMe app syncs correctly with Google Fit (Android) or Apple Health (iOS), first open FitMe and go to its Settings → Integrations (or connected services) and choose the health platform you want.
Then grant all the required permissions: on iOS open the Health app → your profile → Apps → FitMe and toggle on “Allow FitMe to Write & Read” relevant data (workouts, steps, calories).
On Android, open Google Fit → Profile → Settings → “Track your activities with Health” and turn on “Let Google Fit access Health”.
If it still doesn’t sync, make sure both apps are updated to the latest version, your phone’s background/auto-sync settings are enabled, and then log out of FitMe and log back in (or reinstall) to clear any stale connection.
Also check the health-platform’s connected apps list and remove and re-add FitMe if it’s listed but inactive.
