FitMe adverts keep popping up even though I purchased premium — how can I disable ads permanently?

First, make sure that your premium subscription is still valid. Make sure FitMe Premium is mentioned and active in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS. On Android, go to the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Then, in the app, make sure you're logged into the right account and that the payment was picked up by the app by going to Profile → Manage Subscription or Settings → Account.

For a new premium-status check, log out of the app and back in or uninstall and reload it if everything else seems fine but ads still show up.

Still not working? Think about making a complaint on Xolvie to get things fixed.
