Facebook Account Hacked  – Recovery or Permanent Deletion Request

I have an old Facebook account that was hacked around 2–3 years ago, and since then I have not been able to access it. The account was registered with the phone number 8509537*** and I am located in West Bengal, India. When I try to log in, I cannot reach my account and it appears that someone else has taken control of it. I am very concerned that the person who hacked my account might be misusing my profile, photos or contacts in my name. I cannot recover it through normal methods and I have not been able to secure the account on my own. I kindly request that my hacked Facebook account be recovered and returned to me, or if that is not possible, that it be permanently blocked or deleted to prevent any misuse of my identity and personal data.
