• Open your Easypaisa app → Transaction History
• Note:
– Amount charged
– Date/time
– Merchant/description
• Screenshot the transaction
Confirm you didn’t authorize it;
• You never signed up for a subscription
• You don’t recognize recurring charges
• You didn’t receive any confirmation email/SMS about it
Cancel the subscription (if it exists);
• Easypaisa doesn’t always label it clearly, so ask support to:
– Cancel any active subscription/recurring payment linked to your account
• Take a screenshot once they confirm cancellation
• Check future statements to confirm no further fees
Contact Easypaisa Support immediately;
• Use in-app support or their helpline
• State clearly:
– “A subscription fee was charged without my consent”

– Registered phone number
– Amount/date of the unauthorized charge
– Screenshot of the transaction
• Ask them to:
