Logistics Concealing Flaws during Bosch Washing Machine Delivery

a month ago, I bought this washing machine from the Bosch dealer at Emaar AVM. But,  the washing machine turned out to be a dud when Mars Logistics dropped off the package, I totally caught the employee snapping pics of the machine, but like, they were totally trying to hide this scratch on it. what is that?? This move was obviously trying to hide the flaw and make it less obvious. When I brought up my concern about this situation, I got a response that just made me even more frustrated. The person I talked to made it seem like it was my fault, saying "the issue is on your end." when it's so obvious that they tried to hide the defect, they just brushed it off...or they think so. As a consumer, I just wanna see some honesty and openness from the dealer and the logistics company? this whole thing has got me seriously doubting the service and products from Emaar AVM Bosch dealer and Mars Logistics.
