My Amore account logged out and I can’t re-enter, how can I recover access without losing data?

If you got logged out of your Amore account and can't get back in, first open the app and go to the login screen.
Then, use the "Forgot Password" link to regain access with your registered email. This lets you reset your credentials without losing your profile and orders.
If you can't see that choice or if it doesn't work, please contact Amore support from the app store listing or the in-app help section and send your email and screenshots so they can help you get back into your account.
