Uption Restricted My Account Without Warning and Blocked My Transfers

On June 8, 2026, approximately two hours ago, a restriction was placed on my personal Uption account without any explanation or justification. My account currently contains $38, and I urgently need to make money transfers. However, all of my transfer transactions have been completely blocked.
I did not receive any email, SMS notification, or in-app warning regarding this restriction. The fact that my account activity was suddenly limited without any prior notice or explanation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial disruption.
I attempted to contact customer service to understand the reason for the restriction and seek assistance, but I was unable to reach anyone. My calls were not answered, and I have received no support regarding this matter.
I find it extremely unfair that such a restriction was imposed without providing any reason or information. As a customer, I expect transparency and timely communication when actions affecting my account are taken.
I request that the restriction on my account be removed immediately so that I can carry out my urgently needed money transfer transactions. I also request a clear written explanation detailing the reason for the restriction and the steps required, if any, to prevent this issue from occurring again.
