Under Armour Delayed Shipment and Empty Promises

I made an online shoe purchase from the Under Armour website on July 4, 2023, and it still hasn't been shipped. I have contacted them four times via email and phone. Each time, they assured me that they would prioritize my order and it would be sent out on Monday, as stated in their emails and phone calls. However, the shipment still hasn't been dispatched from Istanbul to Izmir. It's unbelievable! I deeply regret buying a single pair of shoes online. And to add to the frustration, the order is still not being shipped. Enough with the fake excuses and delays! Please, stop the runaround and just ship the product already.
