Umingle Banned My Account for "Gender Searching" While I Was Having Normal Conversations

I am writing about an issue I experienced today, 1 June 2026, with my Umingle web account, which appears to have been banned while I was using the service to text people. I noticed the ban when I was trying to message others and suddenly could no longer continue. The reason indicated for the ban was related to “gender searching”. However, all I did was ask people normal questions and try to answer theirs during conversations. I did not intentionally search for anyone based on gender in a way that would violate your rules, and I believe this ban is a misunderstanding. I kindly request that my Umingle web account be reactivated and that the ban decision be reviewed. Since I have not been given a clear, detailed explanation beyond this short reason, I would also like to be informed why exactly my account was banned, so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
