I had to change the Paris ticket I had bought from THY due to the second round of the election. I made the change online and the system charged 70 USD to my credit card. However, since I could not change the return ticket online, I called the call center. When changing the other ticket, they told me that THY had given me a right due to the postponement of the election and that I should not be penalized. They changed the return ticket without penalty and told me that if I created a feedback through the system, the penalty for the return ticket would be refunded. Despite the fact that I had submitted feedback twice and made phone calls, I received a written reply stating that it was no longer possible to refund the penalty as the ticket had already been issued. I did not find this lack of seriousness appropriate for an organization like THY. They made me pay for the mistake on their own online site. I demand an immediate refund of the fine.
