I Was Unable to Login the Turkish Airlines Web and Mobile

I am experiencing errors when trying to log into the Turkish Airlines web and mobile app system. I believe some architectural improvements are necessary. I encounter errors when entering my password and request a password reset. When redirected to the reset page, I receive a warning that the password has been used before. However, if the password is correct, it is difficult to understand the reason for the login failure. When I reset the password, I encounter a message stating, 'Dear passenger, you cannot log in with this login choice. You can only log in with the options you have approved in your membership account. You can edit your login options from the My Account section after logging in with your membership number.' I think the system needs to be updated to provide a more user-friendly experience, or your software team should conduct more effective tests to prevent such issues. It is important to eliminate elements that mislead or unnecessarily redirect the user.
