Turkcell Could Not Provide Cloud Server in a Month While AWS Took 5 Minutes

Turkcell directed me to a company called Lena. While I can get a server service from AWS in just 5 minutes, I couldn’t get the same service from Turkcell even in a month. I have never experienced such an absurd situation in my life. Everywhere else in the world, getting a server service takes 5 minutes. Turkcell needs to step in and fix this, or if you can’t do it, let me build you an interface.
