Troubles with Tefal 9845 Steam Iron
During the month of May, I purchased a Tefal 9845 Ultimate Pure steam iron. Today, the automatic light turned on, and the iron's heating performance was noticeably worse than usual, with the appliance failing to heat at all on occasion. How is it possible that a brand-new iron could have such issues? It is beyond my comprehension. I finished the ironing task, but I did not achieve the desired results. It appears that there is an issue. I explained the situation in an email to customer service, but I have yet to receive any suggestions for how to resolve the issue. I'm writing to request that this problem be fixed as soon as possible under the warranty. I beg you, I desperately need your assistance!

Unfortunately, no one communicated with me.
On August 5th, I delivered the iron to Gürkan Electric Service in the Bandırma district of Balıkesir, and the records are available. Today is September 8th, and the iron still hasn't been repaired. I was told that after 22 business days, I would automatically receive a new iron, but I am still waiting. As a consumer, my patience has run out. I had a bad experience with Tefal pans before, and I am regretting buying Tefal again. This is the last time; I swear to myself that I don't want to see even the 'T' of the Tefal brand anymore.
