Banking Transaction Successful but Amount Missing

I hold a savings account with Bank of India, account number 332210110004***, IFSC code BKID0003***, in the name of Milan K***. On 14 May 2026, I made a net banking transaction of ₹2,500, which is shown as successful in the system, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Although the transaction status is reflected as successful, the balance in my account has not increased by ₹2,500, and the money has not been received in my account even after this time. This situation is causing confusion and concern because the amount has been debited but is not visible in my account. I request Bank of India to urgently check this net banking transaction made on 14 May 2026 for ₹2,500 and either immediately credit the amount to my savings account or clearly resolve and correct the transaction so that the ₹2,500 is properly reflected in my account without any further delay.
