Unfair Ban On My Tashan Win Money

I have been using the Tashan Win gaming service and have recently faced a very serious problem. My account has been unfairly banned and approximately 3 crore INR that I won on the platform is currently stuck, as I am not allowed to make any withdrawals. I have deposited only about 7,000 INR in total, and the rest of the amount is purely my winnings. The platform has cited “illegal activities” as the reason for banning my account and blocking my withdrawals, but I have not engaged in any illegal actions and I am certain of this. Despite this serious accusation, I have never been provided with any clear, concrete explanation or evidence. The only response I received was a generic statement about “illegal activities,” without any specific details about what I supposedly did wrong. This issue has been ongoing for over two months. During this time, I repeatedly tried to resolve the matter by contacting Tashan Win’s customer support through Telegram. However, the responses were not satisfactory, and I still have not received any proper clarification, proof, or resolution. My funds remain blocked, my account is banned, and I am left in a very difficult and stressful situation. I request that Tashan Win immediately allow the full withdrawal of my 3 crore INR winnings to my bank account and provide a detailed written explanation with clear evidence if they claim any wrongdoing on my part. If there has been any misunderstanding or error in their system, I expect it to be corrected without further delay and my access to my funds to be restored.
