Tashanwin Locked My Account After I Requested a Large Withdrawal
I have been unable to log in to my Tashanwin game account UID 3121524 on my iPhone since 4 May, when my account suddenly appeared to have been locked. For the last 30 days, I have not been able to access my account at all, and I have received no clear information about the reason for this lock. My game UID is locked, and I cannot enter my account or use my balance. In this account, I deposited a total of 4,300 and, through playing, my balance reached 10 lakh. Before this incident, I had successfully made withdrawals from this same Tashanwin account, so I was using the platform normally. However, when I requested a withdrawal of my current balance, the platform did not process the withdrawal. Three days later, my ID was locked. I contacted Tashanwin support about this situation, but until now I have not received any response, explanation, or update about why my account was locked or what I should do. I find it unacceptable that such a large balance is blocked without any clear reason or communication. I request that my UID and account be urgently checked, that the unjustified lock on my account be removed, and that my full account and balance, including my 10 lakh winnings, be restored without any further delay.
