Tashanwin Holds ₹2,200 INR Deposits Without Release or Refund


I made two deposits on the Tashanwin platform, the first on January 12, 2026, and the second on January 19, 2026, for a total amount of 2,200 INR. These payments were made from West Bengal, India. Despite successfully making these two deposits, the funds remain on hold on the platform, and I am unable to use them or withdraw them.
This issue has been ongoing since January 12, 2026, and the deposits have neither been released nor refunded. This situation is causing me financial difficulty, as this is my own money, and I have not been given any clear information about when or how it will be returned or made available. I find it unacceptable that such an amount has been held for this long without any resolution. I am requesting that Tashanwin immediately release the hold on my deposits and refund the full amount of 2,200 INR without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for why these deposits were held for such an extended period.
